Where to stay on the Costa Blanca - Long Term Rentals

A rental property is a good option for those new to the area and uncertain about exactly where they would like to eventually live. Some people come here heading straight for the coastal towns but find within a year or two that they prefer the peace and tranquility of the inland villages to the crowds of tourists along the coast. Likewise, those that head for the inland villages and country retreats, find they cannot cope with the solitude and would prefer a more social atmosphere. Everyone of us is different and each of our families have different criteria and requirements. For this reason it is sometimes better to rent for a while until you settle into life here and get to know the areas and their different atmospheres.
